Shipping:

Statuaries - All small orders of statuary are shipped via UPS insured.  Shipping is calculated at the time of purchase.  Weight of the item is verified at the time of shipment and may be adjusted on the final invoice.  Statuary orders placed with garden planters or benches will be shipped via freight carrier insured.

Garden Planters and Benches - All items are shipped via freight carrier insured.  Estimated shipping dates and charges will be added when an order is placed.  Final charges will be calculated prior to shipping and added to the final invoice.

Delivery - Any order placed in Washington or Oregon is available for delivery.  Delivery charges will be estimated at the time of purchase.  Final charges will be calculated and due upon delivery.

Return Policy:

Any damage to shipments must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.  Replacements of damaged goods will be verified by shipper and returned.  Replacement orders will be issued immediately upon the pickup of the damaged items.

Damage to an item outside the 24 hour period of delivery is not available for return.

Warranty:

All Northwest Sandstone productions have a 15 year warranty covering structural cracking resulting from exposure to natural elements.  Natural weathering from the elements, chips and small fissures are subject to the care of the purchaser and therefore not covered by the warranty.
